Submitting NLA Agenda Items and Resolutions

In accordance with the UAN Constitution (Article VI.F.), the following entities/individuals may submit advance agenda items for the National Labor Assembly:

• Individual NLA delegates
• Affiliates’ collective bargaining cabinets, commissions or equivalent bodies
• UAN National Bargaining Councils
• UAN Executive Council
• UAN President

Please use this format to submit a resolution.  

Information about submitting resolutions for consideration at the 2009 NLA will be available in December 2008.
