UAN supports the right of every worker to organize and join a union, and to bargain a first contract on an equal footing with management.

Too often, employers resort to stalling and outright union-busting tactics to subvert this most basic human right.  More must be done to penalize employers who resort to union-busting and stand up for workers who are exercising their democratic right to choose a union.
