UAN holds targeted trainings to support the specific needs of individual bargaining units, such as negotiations training for local unions that are preparing to go into bargaining. 

UAN’s involvement with the National Labor College — George Meaney Campus in Silver Spring, Md., offers members the opportunity to take advantage of specialized training opportunities, including “train the trainer” health and safety for union members who are then equipped to return to their bargaining units and teach other union members about what they’ve learned.
